New features, improvements, and fixes. We ship updates every week to make Savorah better for your restaurant.
Savorah's first version was built as a standalone web app that could be installed and configured for individual restaurants, allowing customers to browse menus and place orders digitally.
QR code food ordering was introduced. Restaurants could generate a QR code for their tables, letting customers scan, view the menu, and place orders directly from their phones replacing the basic Google Form approach and manual old processes.
Menu & order management were improved. Restaurant owners could create food menus, set prices, manage categories, and receive customer orders through a simple dashboard.
Built from real restaurant feedback Early development was guided by conversations with restaurant owners and operators, ensuring the first version addressed real operational challenges rather than assumed ones.
Multi-tenant SaaS architecture were built. Savorah was rebuilt from a standalone app into a single cloud platform capable of serving multiple restaurants securely, each with its own dashboard, menus, orders, and business data.
Dedicated restaurant environments were introduced. Every restaurant now operates in its own isolated space with separate settings, customer records, and operational data with strict controls preventing one business from ever accessing another's information.
Cloud-based access. Restaurants no longer need to install or maintain anything. They simply register, log in, and manage their business from any internet-connected device around the world.
Scalability for growth. The new architecture made it possible to introduce subscription plans, control feature access, and expand the platform as more restaurants joined without rebuilding the product for each new customer.
Restaurant dashboards came to life. Every restaurant now gets its own dedicated dashboard to manage menus, orders, staff, customers, and daily operations from one centralized view.
Subscription packages introduced the Trial, Starter, and Life Time plans, each with different levels of feature access and usage limits designed for restaurants at different stages.
Feature access control subscription plans now determine which features and usage limits apply to each restaurant, making Savorah flexible for businesses of all sizes and budgets.
Resolved restaurant environment isolation verified that each restaurant's data, settings, and business records remained fully separated, with no possibility of cross-tenant access.
Inventory management module were introduced to track ingredients and supplies, monitor stock levels, and receive low-stock alerts added after direct feedback from restaurant owners and operators.
Recipe & costing tools link ingredients to menu items, calculate dish costs, and track margins helping restaurants understand where money is being made and lost.
Subscription package refinement Trial, Starter, and Life Time packages were restructured based on real usage patterns, with clearer limits and feature boundaries.
Restaurant research program expanded ongoing conversations with restaurant owners and managers to guide future development decisions across orders, staff, and customer experience.
Dedicated restaurant subdomains were introduced. Every restaurant now gets its own branded address like abc.savorah.com, replacing the earlier path-based structure and giving each business a professional, standalone online identity.
Custom restaurant website. Each subdomain hosts the restaurant's own menu, branding, and QR ordering experience fully integrated with the Savorah dashboard behind the scenes.
Simplified restaurant access. Customers and staff can now reach a restaurant's page directly through its own web address, without navigating through the main Savorah platform first.
Resolved path-based URL limitations. The earlier savorah.com.ng/restaurant/abc structure was retired in favor of cleaner, more memorable subdomains, improving branding and shareability for every restaurant.
AI-powered restaurant intelligence natural-language business summaries, daily activity reports, trend insights, and recommendations letting restaurant owners ask questions about their business and get relevant answers instantly with the power of AI capabilities introduced.
Live deployment & demo restaurant. Savorah deployed to a live environment for comprehensive end-to-end testing, covering registration, subscriptions, menus, QR ordering, payments, inventory, POS, roles, and security controls.
Role-based permissions & tenant isolation verified that every restaurant operates in its own authorized environment, with strict access controls preventing any cross-tenant data access.
Order, delivery & notification workflows dine-in, takeaway, pickup, and delivery operations tested end-to-end, with notifications and payment flows confirmed working as expected.
Resolved issues found during live testing multiple rounds of testing identified and corrected issues across features, ensuring the platform's modules worked together reliably before the public launch phase.
